How to edit user details in the MybOnline portal

Learn how to update names, emails, and extensions for your team members in the MybOnline portal. Keep your VoIP system up to date in a few simple steps.

1. Log in to the MybOnline Portal.
   
   

2. Click Phone Settings > Users and Devices
   
   

3. Click on the Edit Icon
   
   

4. Select the Edit User option
   
   

5. Update the necessary fields, such as their name, email, or extension number.
