How to edit your billing account details in the MYbOnline portal

Ensure your billing information is up to date by editing your billing account details in the MYbOnline portal. On the 'Billing' page, go to the 'Account information' section, from here, update the billing information linked to your main bOnline account. 

Please note: You can add an authorised contact's information here too. This would be someone we can speak to about anything related to your bill, if you're not reachable.
