Keep your account information accurate and safe by learning how to update your profile name and password in the MYbOnline portal.
From the drop-down in the top-right corner of the page, select 'Profile and preferences'.
Click on 'Edit', to change your name and click on 'Change password' to change your password.

Changing your profile name will allow you to change the first and last name that your main account displays, this can also be an alias or a business name.
Changing the password allows you to create a new login password for your MYbOnline account. Use of the new password requirements to create a secure new password.
