How to access your 30-day call summary in the MYbOnline portal

Learn how to access valuable call reports in the MYbOnline portal and keep track of your call activity and statistics. It provides you with important data that gives you insight into call trends and overall performance. 

I Want to Access Call Logs. How do I do That? 

1. Scroll down and click on “Call Reports” 



2. Scroll to Call Summary and Recordings 


This will give you various information about the person you called, the date and time, etc. 


Can I Download My Call Logs? 

No, not at the moment. We are currently working on a feature that allows you to do this and will update you as soon as possible. 



How do I Access Call Analytics? 

  1. Click on Call Trends 


This section of the Call Reports page gives you easy-to-read graphs showing your call trends, busiest times of day, and when you receive the most calls




2. Set Time Period 

You will be given various time period options to choose from. 


Call Trends: 

This will display the number of calls per day for the given period.


Time Of Day Statistics:

 Get stats on answered and missed calls, including per hour and per day for the given period.


Call Density: 

This report shows when you receive the most calls on a given day for a given period.
