If you have changed your bank or opened a new account, you can update your Direct Debit details at any time through the MybOnline portal.
- Log in to your MybOnline portal and go to the Billing page.
- Under Payment details, click Update details.
- Enter your new bank account details in the fields provided, then click Save details.
Your Direct Debit details will be updated and future invoices will be collected from your new account.
