Switching to Direct Debit for your bOnline account ensures seamless, automatic payments every month. Follow the steps below to set it up through the MybOnline portal.
- Log in to your MybOnline portal and go to the Billing page.
- Under Payment details, click Switch to Direct Debit.
- Enter your bank account details in the fields provided, then click Save details.
Your Direct Debit will be set up and future invoices will be collected automatically.
