How to switch to direct debit in the MYbOnline portal

Manage your payment methods and update payment details in the MYbOnline portal. On the 'Billing' page, go to the 'Payment details' section. Here you can see the 'Current balance' of your next invoice. You can also pay your account directly from here. 

To manage your payments more easily, from th'Payment method' section, we recommend switching to 'Direct Debit'.
