You can connect your Office 365 or Google account to the bOnline Desktop App to view and call your contacts directly from the phonebook.
Please note: Yealink desk phones do not support direct Office 365 or Google contact synchronisation. Contacts must be exported as a CSV file and manually imported into the phone via the Yealink web interface.
Your bOnline desktop phone app has a list of advanced settings. To access these settings, click the 'Settings' button at the bottom left of the screen.
From your settings, click 'Integrations'.
Click on the ‘Lock’ icon next to the account you'd like to sync.
You'll need to log in to this account for the process to be completed.
Once complete, there will be a new tab in the phonebook section of the desktop and mobile apps to see those contacts.
If you would like to remove those contacts, you can simply click on the 'Lock' again, and it will sign you out of that email address.
