Call forwarding on your bOnline phone desktop app

With call forwarding on your bOnline desktop app, you can stay connected by redirecting incoming calls to another number whenever you’re away from your desk. This guide will show you how to set up call forwarding so you never miss an important call. 

Please note: In cases where simple or advanced call flows involve a call queue or multiple users, the call forwarding rules set within the app will be overridden, with the system defaulting to the designated call flow instead.


  • To enable call forwarding rules via the bOnline desktop phone app, click the 'Settings' button at the bottom-left of the screen.

  • Click on 'Call forwarding'.

  • Select the rule you'd like to enable: 'Always', 'No answer', or 'Busy'. You will be prompted to type out the number that calls should be diverted to.

  • Once you have selected the number you want to forward calls to, toggle on the forwarding rule, then click 'Save'.

  • Your call forwarding rule will now be active.
