To access your contacts in the bOnline application, click on 'Contacts' at the bottom of the screen. This will allow you to efficiently manage your contact directories.
Favourites: A list of contacts you have marked as favourites. To add a contact to this list, click the star symbol in the top right corner of the contact's name.
Personals: A collection of numbers saved directly within the bOnline application.
Local: Contacts stored on your mobile device, including those on your SIM card, phone, or Google account. Please ensure that contact permissions are enabled to view and access these contacts.
Internal: All users within your business who have the bOnline application, such as users 201 and 202.
Clicking on a contact will open up all interactions you've had with this contact such as calls, voicemail messages, and chat messages.
