Resetting via the Mobile App
In a nutshell, here's how you can reset your login pin:
1. Click on Forgot Login Pin
2. Confirm Your Email Address
3. Open Reset Pin Email
4. Confirm Your Reset Pin

1. Forgot Login Pin
Click on Forgot Login Pin, found on the login page of your Mobile App.

2. Confirm your email address.

3. Open the reset PIN email in your inbox

4. Enter your new password and confirm it.

Once that's done, you should be able to log in to your mobile app with your new password.
Resetting via the MYbOnline Portal
Another way to reset your PIN is to do it via the MYbOnline portal. Carry out the following steps:
1. Navigate to Users and Devices
2. Click on the Ellipsis Under the Appropriate User
3. Reset Your Pin

1. Users and Devices
Once you've reached the MYbOnline landing page, make your way to “Users and Devices” - situated under "Phone Settings".
2. Click on Ellipsis
After navigating to the relevant user, click on the ellipsis shown in the picture below.
3. Reset Pin
After navigating to the relevant user, select “Reset PIN” and enter a new 6-digit PIN. Then, click “Save”. You can now use this new pin to log in via the mobile or desktop app.
