If you're unable to log in to your mobile app due to a forgotten password, you can easily reset your password by clicking the 'Forgot Login PIN?' option at the bottom of the login screen of the bOnline mobile app.
You will be prompted to re-enter the email address linked to the account. Once you've entered it, click 'Reset'.
An email will be sent to you. You'll need to reset your PIN form here. Once you have typed out your new PIN, click 'Reset'.
A 'Success' message will appear once you have reset your PIN. From here, click 'Back to login' to sign in using your email address and new PIN.
