Forgot Your bOnline Mobile App Login PIN?

If you’ve forgotten your login pin, you’ll simply have to carry out these easy-to-follow steps to reset your pin.


1. Login to the MYbOnline Portal

Using your credentials, kindly log in to the MYbOnline portal. 


2. Users and Devices

Under the phone settings section, make your way to “Users and Devices”. 



3. Click on Ellipsis

After navigating to the relevant user, click on the ellipsis shown in the picture below.



3. Reset Pin 

After navigating to the relevant user, select “Reset PIN and enter a new 6-digit PIN. Then, click “Save”. You can now use this new pin to log in via the mobile or desktop app.
