How to install the bOnline phone app for HubSpot Marketplace integration:
Prerequisites
HubSpot user account with appropriate permissions, i.e. “App Marketplace access”
bOnline user account
bOnline user CRM add-on
bOnline CRM client installed (URL here)
A browser supporting the HubSpot calling tool

Installation steps
Enter your HubSpot credentials to sign into HubSpot.
Start the installation process by following the installation URL: Click here
You will be asked to choose an account again. Choose your preferred account for the installation.
Grant access to retrieve data from your account.
You will be redirected to the following page to log in with the authorised account.
The application is now installed. Note that you can remove the application from the HubSpot site via ‘Settings > Integrations > Connected Apps’ at any time.
Using the app - Dialling
On the contact page of choice, select the call button and then ‘Change Provider’.
From the options list that pops up, choose ‘bOnline’.
You can now make outbound calls with your calling software using the bOnline phone client. Click the ‘Call {phone number}’ option.
Alternatively, press the dial icon next to a phone number. The app will activate and open a pop-up window. Click ‘Choose application.’ Your browser might suppress pop-up messages, in which case you will need to allow them for HubSpot.com first.
Select or search for the ‘Make Call’ application. Double-click the option or press “Open Link” to start the call.
Using the app – Receiving Calls
Open the bOnline for HubSpot app by clicking the phone icon in the top-right corner of the screen and entering your bOnline phone login. The app must have been opened on at least one tab for the incoming call functionality to work.
When receiving a call, a notification will be shown in the app containing call information, quick actions and a notes field.
If the number wasn’t recognised, the ‘Name’ field will be left out, and the ‘View note’ button will not be usable. If multiple contacts or companies are matched to the number, a dropdown will appear in place of the ‘Name’ field in which the preferred contact or company can be selected. The icon next to the name indicates if the selected name is a contact or a company.
