How to switch to direct debit in the MYbOnline portal

Switching to direct debit for your bOnline account ensures seamless, automatic payments every month. Follow this guide to easily set up a direct debit through the MYbOnline portal and avoid missed payments. 

  • On the 'Billing' page, go to the 'Payment details' section, then click 'Switch to Direct Debit'.

  • Enter the details required to switch to direct debit before clicking 'Save details'.
