How Does a Change of Tenancy Affect My Service?
Your bOnline service will not be interrupted during a change of tenancy. The bOnline team will update your account details to reflect the new owner once the process is complete.
How to Transfer Your Contract to a New Tenant
- Contact the bOnline support team to start the transfer process.
- Provide the new tenant's contact details. bOnline will need to confirm the transfer directly with the new owner.
- Once all details have been confirmed, the transfer will be completed within 24 to 48 hours.
Please note: Both the current and new account holder will need to confirm the transfer before it can be completed.Related Articles
