Promotional Customers:
If you happen to take out a service during a promotional period, your current price will remain the same until the promotion ends.

If the new pricing doesn't fit your budget, we will look at ways to adjust the price to a more suitable cost.
Upgrade for Value: Upgrading to a different package (like Fibre 115, higher speed tiers, or VoIP bundles) can provide a lot more value for a small additional cost.
More Cost-Effective Packages: If you feel that downgrading to a lower-cost package is best for you, we can take a look at suitable options that fit your budget while giving maximum value.

If you’re still in your contract term, it unfortunately does not enable early cancellation without penalty fees.
