Call summaries and recordings are vital for any organisation and allow business owners to view, play, and download call recordings and enjoy peace of mind knowing they're securely stored.

To access your 'Call summaries and recordings', go to the 'Call reports' page. Here you'll see a list of all recordings between users and customers. Pause, play, and download recordings.
