Making a call using your bOnline desktop app

To make a quick call using your bOnline desktop app, click the 'Make a call' section at the top-left of the screen. This option will always be available here so that you can make calls quickly and easily.

Begin typing the phone number or extension code of the person you would like to call. Click the 'Call' button next to their name to call or video call them.

Alternatively, you could use the dialer, which can be accessed by clicking the 'Make a call' button in the left navigation. You can type out the number you would like to call or search for a contact from the dialer.

Please note: you can set a caller ID from your dialler to display when making outgoing calls. To find out more about this feature, read the Setting a default caller ID in the desktop app help article
