Conveniently, your dialler is the homepage of your bOnline phone mobile app. This allows you to quickly and easily make calls using your keypad or search for contacts using the search option.
To access your 'Dialler', at the bottom of the screen of your bOnline mobile app, click the icon on the far left.
To search for a contact, click the 'Search number or contact' box above the keypad.
Once you have found the contact you are searching for, from the drop-down menu next to the contact's name, you can choose from several different actions to perform.
To call a contact using the keypad, type out a number or extension code using the dialer before clicking the green 'Dial' button at the bottom of the screen.
You can set a caller ID to display when making outgoing calls. At the bottom of the number keys, click on 'Caller ID'.
Choose between the choices provided.
