Making a call using your bOnline desktop app

To make a quick call using your bOnline desktop app, click the 'Make a call' section at the top-left of the screen. This option will always be available here so that you can make calls quickly and easily.

• Begin typing the phone number or extension code of the person you would like to call. Click the 'Call' button next to their name to call or video call them.

• Alternatively, you could use the dialer, which can be accessed by clicking the 'Make a call' button in the left navigation. You can type out the number you would like to call or search for a contact from the dialer.

Please note: you can set a caller ID from your dialler to display when making outgoing calls. To find out more about this feature, read the Setting a default caller ID in the desktop app help article
