How to access call reports and analytics in the MYbOnline portal

Learn how to generate and analyze call reports within MYbOnline to track and optimize your communication data. Call reports are a vital tool for any organisation and allow business owners access to performance-related information.

  • Call activity:  From this section of the 'Call reports' page, you can see quick information from your call 30-day call summary. You'll also see a list of all your 'Call recordings' between users and customers. You can pause and play recordings as you need, or even download them to your device. 



  • Call Trends:  From this section of the 'Call reports' page, you can see graphical representations of your call trends, time of day statistics, and call density.

    • Call trends: This will display the number of calls per day for the given period.

    • Time of day statistics: This will display the number of answered and missed calls, per hour, per day for the given period.

    • Call density: This will display when you receive the most calls on a given day for a given period.
