Missed your engineer's visit?

Once you get your installation confirmation with the date and time, please make sure someone over 18 is available at your place for the engineer to complete the work inside.


If you can’t make it, just let us know at least 48 hours before the scheduled time, and we’ll help you arrange a new appointment.



Keep in mind: If the engineer can't get access because of a missed appointment, there will be a fee of up to £120 (excluding VAT), which will be added to your next bill. You'll need to agree to this fee before we can reschedule the visit.
