Before your engineer appointment, it’s important to confirm your timeslot and ensure that access to your premises is available. Appointments are scheduled in AM, PM, or All Day slots depending on the work required.
Please note: If an engineer visit is scheduled, they must be able to access your property to complete the installation or upgrade.
Appointment Timeslots
- AM slot: 08:00 – 13:00
- PM slot: 13:00 – 18:00
- All Day slot: Engineer may need to visit the exchange rather than your premises
