Setting up call forwarding in your bOnline mobile app ensures you never miss an important call, even if you're unavailable or out of the office. This guide walks you through customising call forwarding rules so you can redirect calls as needed.
Please note: Where simple or advanced call flows involve a call queue or multiple users, the call forwarding rules set within the app will be overridden, and the system will default to the designated call flow instead.Step 1: Click My Profile
To enable call forwarding rules on your bOnline mobile app, click the My Profile button at the top-right of the screen.

Step 2: Click Call Forwarding
In the menu shown below, click Call Forwarding.

Step 3: Click the Suitable "+" Icon
Click the + icon next to your preferred call forwarding rule.

Step 4: Type Out the Divert Destination
You will be prompted to type out the number that calls should be diverted to, then click the Checkmark icon.

Step 5: Check That Your Call Forwarding Rule Is Active
Your call forwarding rule will now be active.
