Please note that you can only chat with other users who are also using the bOnline phone, mobile, desktop, or web app. To access your chats on your bOnline mobile phone app, tap the Chat icon at the far right of the navigation bar.
Here you find all your instant messages, simply click on the contact to open the chat.
To start a new chat with someone, find the contact you'd like to chat with from the 'Internal' tab of the 'Contacts' section and click on the drop-down menu. Then click 'Send a message'.
You'll now be able to chat to your contacts.
