Once the device has been added to MyTelephony log into the WebGUI using the IP address.
How to find the IP:
On the handset click 'Menu' and go to 'Settings'.
Go to 'System' and click on 'Local Network'.
Once you’ve clicked on 'Local Network', click the down arrow, and it will display the IP address.
What to do when you have logged into the WebGUI:
Enter the system PIN, which is '0000' by default.
Click on 'Settings' → 'Management' → 'Firmware update'.
Enter the provisioning URL in the 'Data Server' field, then click 'Set' at the bottom of the page.
Click 'Reboot & Reset' → 'Reboot'.
This will cause the phone to reboot and do an upgrade. Once the upgrade is complete the device should be in working/registered status.
