How do I install my 4G & 5G Business Broadband?

We’ll send you a 4G or 5G router with the SIM card usually already inserted. Setting it up is easy:

1. Unpack & Power Up – Plug in your router and switch it on.
2. Place for Best Signal – Position it near a window or where your mobile gets the strongest signal.
3. Connect Your Devices – Use Wi-Fi (SSID/password on the router) or Ethernet for a wired connection. Do not use the router login password.
4. Check Your Connection – Open a browser or app to confirm internet access.

Please note: It can take 24–48 hours for your SIM to activate. You’ll get an email once your service is live.
