How do I install my 4G & 5G Business Broadband?

Your bOnline 4G or 5G router will arrive with the SIM card already inserted. Follow the steps below to get connected.

1. Unpack your router, plug it in, and switch it on.
2. Position the router near a window or in an area where your mobile phone gets the strongest signal.
3. Connect your devices using Wi-Fi — the network name (SSID) and password are printed on the router. You can also use an Ethernet cable for a wired connection.
4. Open a browser or app to confirm your internet connection is working.

Please note: It can take 24 to 48 hours for your SIM to activate. You will receive an email once your service is live.
