How to reset a user's PIN in the MYbOnline portal

A user's account can be blocked due to too many failed login attempts, reset a user’s PIN in the bOnline system with this straightforward guide to ensure secure access for users. 

  • From the 'Users and devices' page, click 'View more' under the user whose PIN you'd like to reset.

  • You will be able to reset the user's PIN from here, click 'Reset PIN'.

  • You will then be prompted to create a new 6-digit PIN for the user. Once you have entered the new PIN, click 'Save'. 

The user can now log in to the bOnline desktop and mobile apps using this new PIN.
