How to set up your business hours in a simple call flow

This article explains how to set up your opening and closing times within a simple call flow. These settings determine when your open or closed routing rules are active.

1. Log in to the MybOnline Portal

2. Click Phone Settings > Call Flows

3. Select your simple call flow and click Edit Business Hours.

4. Choose to use pre-configured hours or select Set my own.

5. Enter your Start time and End time for each day.

6. Click Add or Remove break if you need to include or leave out lunch or rest periods.

7. Use the Apply to all option to copy one day's schedule to other selected days
