Learn how to optimize your business communications with bOnline’s Advanced Call Flow Add-On, offering powerful call routing and management options to enhance customer service. To install the 'Advanced call flows' add-on, follow the steps below.
Please note: If a user in a trial enables an advanced call flow, the add-on will only be enabled when they upgrade, with a complimentary one-month free trial, followed by a monthly subscription fee of £3+VAT.
On the 'Account add-ons' page, toggle on the 'Advanced call flows' add-on.
Please read the billing information before accepting the monthly charges, then click 'Save'.
You'll notice the add-on appears with the name and price at the bottom. To disable this add-on, 'Chat' with us and we'll be happy to help.
