How to set up and use the advanced call flow add-on for bOnline phone systems

Learn how to optimize your business communications with bOnline’s Advanced Call Flow Add-On, offering powerful call routing and management options to enhance customer service. To install the 'Advanced call flows' add-on, follow the steps below.

• Go to "Account add-ons" under the "Phone settings" tab.

• Toggle on the "Advanced call flow" button.

• Please read the billing information before accepting the monthly charges, then click "Save".

Please note: If a user in a trial enables an advanced call flow, the add-on will only be enabled when they upgrade, with a complimentary one-month free trial, followed by a monthly subscription fee of £3+VAT.
