You can customise your phone with add-ons which will be added to your bill. Using bOnline phone, you can dial international destinations. You can enable the add-on if your last direct debit was successful, if not, you'll have to call in to activate the service and fulfil outstanding payments.

To add the 'International calling' account add-on, go to the 'Account add-ons' page.
Next to 'International calls', click the 'Edit' button.
The add-on pop-up will appear, choose your desired package and accept the charges before clicking 'Submit'.
