How to set up temporary call diverts

A temporary call divert allows you to divert all incoming calls to a different phone number. Discover how to set up temporary call diverts in your bOnline phone system, helping you manage your business communications effectively.

A temporary call divert can be activated whether you have a simple or advanced call flow in place, making it distinct from the 'Divert to external' feature, which is an 'Advanced call flow' feature.


  • At the top-right of the 'Call Flows' page, click on 'Temporary divert'.


  • Toggle on 'Enable call divert', then type the number you want your calls diverted. Before you click 'Save', please note that call charges may apply based on your tariff.


  • A banner will display for as long as your temporary call divert is active. Disable it from here at any time.
