Ensure your emergency contact information is up to date by setting it up in the MYbOnline portal. Ofcom requires all phone numbers to be registered to an address in case a 999 call is made to emergency services.
At the bottom of the 'Details' page, you will find your 'Emergency address' information, click 'Edit'.
A pop-up will appear allowing you to enter the correct emergency details linked to your account.
Please note: We suggest using your mobile to make 999 calls as the location settings are more accurate for help.
