New Line Installation: Yes, an engineer is required to visit.
Fibre Upgrade: No, installation is done remotely.
Migrate: No, installation is done remotely.
Takeover: No, installation is done remotely.
Restart: No, installation is done remotely.
Downgrade: No, installation is done remotely.
GFAST: Yes, an engineer is required to visit.
Please note: The available engineer timeslots are AM (08:00 - 13:00), PM (13:00 - 18:00), and All Day (Engineer to visit the exchange).
Timeslots available for specific order types:
New Line Installation: AM or PM
Fibre Upgrade: All day
Migrate: All day
Takeover: All day
Restart: All day
Downgrade: All day
GFAST: AM or PM
