To change your presence state via the bOnline desktop phone app, click the 'My Profile' button at the bottom-left of the screen.
From here, you will need to click the 'Availability' option.
Choose from one of the states available: 'Available', 'Not Available ', 'Do not disturb', or 'Invisible'.
