This article explains how to set up a simple call flow in MybOnline. Every inbound call to your bOnline main number is routed using a call flow. The simple call flow is the most common configuration used by bOnline customers.
During your business hours, calls will ring all available users at once. Out of hours, a closed greeting will play and transfer the caller to your main number voicemail.
How to Set Up a Simple Call Flow
- Log in to MybOnline and go to Phone Settings.
- Select Call Flows and click Simple call flow.
- Set your business hours. See How to set up your business hours.
- Set up your welcome and closed greetings. See How to set up welcome and closed greetings.
- Click Save to confirm your call flow.
