How to add call recordings to a user's account

Looking to add call recording features to a user’s account for better tracking and management? This guide walks you through the process of enabling and managing call recordings on the bOnline platform, ensuring your team has the tools they need for quality assurance and training. 


  • From the 'Users and devices' page, click 'View more' under the user you'd like to add call recordings for.



  • Under 'User add-ons', click 'Edit'.



  • Select the package you'd like and read the billing information before accepting the monthly charges, then click 'Save'.



  • You'll notice the add-on appears at the bottom.
