How to manage call recordings

You can learn how to listen to, filter, and download call recordings in your bOnline phone system to improve communication, ensure compliance, and easily manage recorded conversations. 


  • You will find a comprehensive list of all your call recordings from the' Call recordings' page. Click 'Filter' to customise your view by date range, phone number, or duration of the recordings.



  • To listen to a recording, click the drop-down arrow next to the call and hit the 'Play' button.



  • Check the box next to the desired call, then click the 'Download selected' button to download a single call recording.



  • Check the boxes next to specific calls or click 'Select all' and then 'Download selected' to download multiple or all call recordings.
