Easily add new users to your bOnline phone system to expand your team’s communication capabilities. To add a new user, follow the steps below.
On the 'Users and devices' page of the MYbOnline portal, click the 'Add new user' button to get started.
After a new user's profile has been added, you'll need to click 'Update user profile'.
Enter the user's basic contact information here before clicking 'Save'.
Your new user will now appear under the 'Users' tab of the 'Users and devices' page.
Please note: Only one user can be added at a time and a total of 9 users can be added to the system.
