Below are some remedial actions for when you don't hear a dial tone:
- Check whether or not you are connected with a filter.
- If yes, remove the filter and test to see if the issue persists.
- If this resolves the issue you will need to replace the filter you’re using.
Cabling:
- Check to make sure that your devices are plugged in correctly.
- Check the curly cord and make sure that it is plugged into the receiver correctly.
- Ensure that the power cable is plugged in.
Hardware:
- If possible, try to test a different handset or cable to see if it's a hardware issue. If this resolves the issue you will need to replace the handsets or cables.
